7.GET ENOUGH REST:
8.CONCENTRATE ON THE POSITIVE: Instead of focusing on the difficulties you’ll encounter, concentrate on the benefits. Sure, working out can be tough but you also know how good you’ll look and feel, let that be your driving force. Always stay positive!
9. SURROUND YOURSELF WITH POSITIVE IMAGES, SOUNDS, MUSIC AND SENSATIONS: Don’t be afraid to rip out that magazine page if the model has the abs you aspire for your- self, post that image on your fridge with some positive words of rein- forcement and that will keep you going every day. Similarly, find music that keeps you pumped and moving. We all need stimulation to keep going. Find yours!
10.STICK WITH IT: Think of your fitness goals as a long, life journey, and your slump is just a little bump in the road. Stay with it for the long term, just ride out the difficult days and you’ll have more successful days to look forward to.
